Alpha Vera provides international marketing, business development and patient liaison services. Medical consultations and treatments are provided exclusively by independent healthcare providers in Türkiye. Alpha Vera does not provide medical services.
We process your contact details, enquiry messages and, if you choose to provide it, health information, to answer your enquiry, to put you in touch with the independent healthcare providers you ask us to contact, to coordinate arrangements you request, to run events, to keep our website secure and to meet legal obligations. Our lawful bases are contract or steps before a contract, legitimate interests, legal obligation and consent. For health data we rely on your explicit consent (Article 9(2)(a)), given separately.
We are based in the UK, so your data is transferred from the EU to the UK. We also share data with providers in Türkiye that you ask us to contact, using the safeguards required by law, such as standard contractual clauses or, where none is available, your explicit consent to that specific transfer.
