This notice is for individuals in the United Kingdom. It summarises how we handle your data under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. The full details are in our Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are

Alpha Vera International Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17486303), 4 Raven Road, Unit 1C3, London E18 1HB, United Kingdom · info@alphaverainternational.co.uk · +44 7342 720132. We are the data controller.

2. What we do

Alpha Vera provides international marketing, business development and patient liaison services. Medical consultations and treatments are provided exclusively by independent healthcare providers in Türkiye. Alpha Vera does not provide medical services.

3. Data we use and why

We use your contact details, enquiry messages and, if you choose to provide it, health information, to answer your enquiry, to put you in touch with the independent healthcare providers you ask us to contact, to coordinate arrangements you request, to run information events, to keep our website secure and to meet legal obligations.

4. Lawful bases

We rely on contract or steps before a contract, legitimate interests, legal obligation and consent, depending on the activity. For health information we rely on your explicit consent under Article 9(2)(a), given separately on our Explicit Consent form. You can withdraw it at any time.

5. Sharing and transfers

We may share data with the providers you ask us to contact, with service providers who support our work, and with authorities where the law requires. The providers you ask us to contact are in Türkiye, so your data will be transferred outside the UK. We use a safeguard permitted by UK law or, where none is available, your explicit consent to that specific transfer.

6. Your rights

You may ask for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Email info@alphaverainternational.co.uk.

7. Complaints

You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113). We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.
